Unique story told in a wonderful way. I personally love the whispering, it adds an ominous presence to this short. Your use of black and whites along with the rough shadings adds an even more uneasy feel. All around it is well told and I really enjoyed this.

Brilliant!

I loved watching this, your use of angles is fun and engaging. My only complaint is some of the timing issues on your character movements. If anything there needs to be some inbetweening. Great stuff and I look forward to seeing the rest of this series.

As usually you prove your talent in character animation with expressive posing and facial animation. Great job with this one Dave. I've watched it so much I felt like I already reviewed it until I realized I never actually wrote anything. We'll have a nice battle if we both move on to the finals.

Great start.

Don't let anyone condemn you for taking a long time on something. Spending time on things helps you improve on them. This animation is a great start, there is practically no resizing and the loop is pretty fluid. The only problem is that there isn't enough in-betweens so you're animation looks jerky. I'd recommend adding more frames between each stride.

The ropes are looking good as well, the tension of the pull and then the pull itself is good. Keep up the good work.
